Once you have placed your order, we will confirm delivery by email. Orders are normally on a next day delivery service. If there is a problem with the delivery we will be in contact with you to advise what has happened and the anticipated delivery date. Please note special order products can take longer to deliver.
Standard Delivery Service (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm). Our standard delivery service is £5.50 + VAT to mainland UK addresses. Anything else please email or call. All orders over £50 includes FREE delivery.
Standard Deliveries are made to the 'kerb side'. Unfortunately, due to insurance guidelines, it is not the responsibility of the courier to take goods into your home, therefore please arrange for adequate help at the time of the delivery. Deliveries could be made on a lorry or a van. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, eg.s the road or surrounding area is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction, please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries are made from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Requests for an estimated delivery time on the day of delivery are strictly at the courier’s discretion. We cannot be held responsible for delivery times. If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date for whatever reason, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred. All deliveries must be signed for.
Please inspect all goods on delivery. This means opening any packaging to check goods. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item or if part of your order is missing, make sure this is noted on the courier's paperwork. No claims for damaged or missing items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged or missing. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.
